Email Support

When you send an email to support@booksamillion.com we will automatically open a support ticket for you and send you a confirmation number.  Updates to your ticket will also be sent via email, giving you full visibility to the answers you need.

Web Support

Support requests can be entered online via the Support tab in our main menu. You can also log in to our Customer Support Site to check on the status of any support requests and correspond with our support staff.
