How do I cancel my order or part of my order?

Orders can only be canceled within thirty minutes of placement unless the items are pre-order items, or on backorder and not already processing to ship.

If your order is past the thirty-minute time and it is either a pre-order item or backorder that is not processing to ship, you can call Customer Service at 1-800-201-3550 or chat to request a cancelation. 

Phone hours:

Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM CST

Saturday-Sunday, closed

Chat line hours:

Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM CST

Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM CST


You can modify or cancel your order using My Account within this thirty-minute window. After which, your order will begin to process into our warehouse system to be shipped out. We are unable to cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.


If your order status is no longer notated as "New" in My Account, please email us at, or click here to submit a support request.

Be sure to include your name and order confirmation number in your message. This information will help ensure that we cancel the correct order for you.
