Where is my order?

If your order has shipped within the past 24-48 hours and no tracking information* is showing, the package has not been scanned by the postal carriers.  There is no need to contact us for the tracking number as we see what you see. 

When your order has shipped from us, you'll receive an Order Shipment Notification email with your tracking number and link included.  This means the order is in the hands of the carrier.  During peak season you can expect delays of the carrier updating the tracking labels. 

*If no tracking information shows after two weeks and your order is not from our New & Used Marketplace or a physical gift card under $100, please contact customer service via phone, chat, or email.. 

 

Can't find your notification? Not sure if it has shipped yet? Check the status of your orders by clicking My Account in the top right of our Homepage to view your Order History. You'll see your most recent order and the current status, such as "Pending" or "Completed." To view your tracking information, just click "Details" next to the specific order.

 

To view your tracking information on booksamillion.com without an online account, just visit the order status page Here, and enter the email address used to place the order and Order ID number.

*Just a head's up, the tracking link might not show you accurate info until the package is picked up by the postal carriers and scanned. This may take up to 72 hours from the time your order was shipped. 

Items from the New & Used Marketplace do not include tracking and may take up to 30 days to arrive.

Physical gift cards with a value of less than $100 are shipped in a plain envelope via USPS and do not include tracking.
