My order is shipping to the wrong address. Is there anything I can do?

If your order has already shipped out to an incorrect address, please contact customer service.

If your order is Pending, on Backorder, or an Advanced Title, the address cannot be changed. The order would need to be canceled as long as it is not processing, and a new order be placed with the updated address.

Shipped orders: A postage-paid return label can be created by customer service and mailed to that incorrect address in an attempt to receive the product back to the warehouse for a refund. We must allow up to 30 days from creating the label for the package to return before further steps can be taken. 

When placing an order, you have up to 30 minutes to make changes to the order under “My Account”, "Order History".  After 30 minutes, the order is being processed and no changes can be made.
