My Order Arrived Damaged. What can I do?

We are sorry that your item arrived damaged! We want you to have the best experience possible, so if your item arrives damaged, please email, chat, or customer service to return or request a replacement** or a partial refund.* You can also return your item to a physical Books-A-Million retail location for a refund or exchange.

  • If available, the item may be replaced with the return of the damaged item back to the warehouse.
  • If you are a member of our Millionaire's Club Membership and your item is less than $50, a replacement may be issued before** receiving the damaged return. 
  • If your item is no longer available to replace, a refund to your original payment method will be issued upon receipt of the return to our warehouse.
  • If you wish to keep the item, a partial refund may be issued.

*A partial refund may be issued if the item is no longer available to replace and you wish to keep the item that was received. Photos of the damage will be required before a refund can be issued.

**Replacements are subject to item availability and approval. Funko Pop items must be returned before a replacement can be issued, no exclusions.
