If you have sent an item or order back for a refund or replacement, you should receive an automated email once the shipment has been received and scanned back into the warehouse. If you have a return tracking number, you can follow the shipment progress with the carrier.
If a refund is due, the refund should be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt as long as the item(s) is not non-returnable.
Replacements are subject to availability. *If an item is not available to replace, a refund will be issued to the original payment method as long as the item(s) is not non-returnable.
*In-store refunds should be posted back to the original account within 7 business days, depending on the financial institution.
