Currently, customers can return merchandise with its original receipt up to 60 days from the date of purchase. While we may have closed a store in your local community, we are changing our return policy from 30 days to 60-days.
We understand you may have a lot on your mind right now so we have extended the return policy for in-store purchases for your convenience. If our stores are closed beyond the 60 days, we are prepared to make the necessary adjustments.
Sealed magazines, DVDs, games, and CDs must be returned unopened.
Customers who charge merchandise to a credit or debit card and return merchandise for refunds will be issued a refund to their credit or debit card. Customers who pay for merchandise with a gift card will have refunds issued as a credit to their gift card.
