I did not get a Pin number with my eGift Certificate.

If you do not receive your pin number for an eGift Certificate, please contact Customer service via Phone, Live Chat or email at support@booksamillion.com  with the eGift Certificate number or order number where it was purchased. This can be transferred to a new eGift Certificate and emailed to you.
