When you receive an eGift Certificate that was purchased online, you should receive 2 separate emails. One will include the eGift Certificate number and the other will have the Pin number.
If you do not receive your Pin number, please contact Customer service via Phone, Live Chat or email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the eGift Certificate number or order number where it was purchased. This can be transferred to a new eGift Certificate and emailed to you.
