As soon as you submit your order, Booksamillion.com will reserve the required amount from your gift card. If your order or item was canceled, the funds should be released back to that same card.
If you no longer have that card or the funds have not released, you can contact Customer Service via Phone, Live Chat, or email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the Order number or gift card number.
The funds can be transferred to another card if you no longer have the original one, and can be mailed or emailed to you for the fastest delivery.
