I used a gift card on my order that was canceled. When do I get a refund?

As soon as you submit your order, Booksamillion.com will reserve the required amount from your gift card. If your order or item was canceled, the funds should be released back to that same gift card once the entire order is completed.

If you no longer have that card or the funds have not been released, you can contact Customer Service via Phone, Live Chat, or email at support@booksamillion.com with the Order number or gift card number. 

Any remaining funds can be transferred to another card if you no longer have the original card and can be mailed via USPS or emailed to you for the fastest delivery.
