I need a Replacement for my damaged or lost item

We apologize for any trouble with your order. If your order or any items are lost or damaged, we can issue a replacement if the item is still available and meets the qualifications.

Be sure to have your order ID to ensure a faster resolution to your request. 


*Please note, some items are required to be returned before a Replacement can be issued for damage. 

Replacements are subject to item availability and approval. Funko Pop items must be returned before a replacement can be issued, no exclusions.
