I need a Replacement for my damaged or lost item

We apologize for any trouble with your order. If your order or any items are lost or damaged, we can issue a Replacement if the item is still available and meets the qualifications. 

You can email us at support@booksamillion.com, Live Chat or call Customer Service to request a Replacement.


*Please note, some items are required to be returned before a Replacement can be issued for damage. 

You are welcome to call us at 1-800-201-3550 and we will be glad to assist you. Our hours are Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. On Saturday and Sunday, our chat line is open from 10 AM to 6 PM.
