I did not receive all of my order. Where is the rest?

If you did not receive all of your items from your order, some may be on backorder or on pre-order. These items ship out as they become available to the warehouse.

 

If you have a card error on a shipment, the item or items will not ship until the card error is corrected. 

 

**If all items have shipped out and you have not received them within 14 business days, please contact Customer Service.
