I did not receive my gift card or eGift card

Gift cards are mailed to the recipient via Standard USPS shipping.  Allow up to 14 business days to receive.  If not received after this time has elapsed, contact us at support@booksamillion.com 

If the gift card has not arrived within this time frame, please let us know. We can research and have the balance transferred and mailed out again or put on an eGift certificate.

If you or your recipient has not received an eGift certificate, we can research and have the balance transferred and sent again or put on a physical card to mail out.
