I have not received the gift card or eGift card I purchased. What do I do?

Gift cards valued at less than $100 are mailed to the recipient via Standard USPS shipping.  Allow up to 14 business days to receive.  If not received after this time has elapsed, contact us at support@booksamillion.com 

Greater than $100 and your card will be sent UPS Ground and a tracking number will be emailed to you shortly after it has been shipped. You may also Click Here to use your email address and order number.

If the gift card has not arrived within this time-frame, please let us know. We can research and have the balance transferred and mailed out again or put on an eGift certificate.

If you or your recipient has not received an eGift certificate, we can research and have the balance transferred and sent again or put on a physical card to mail out.
