Physical gift cards under $100 are mailed out by USPS and do not include tracking. If the value is over $100, then it will be mailed via UPS with tracking. The shipping time-frame is typically 7-10 business days, with a maximum of 14 business days. This can be longer depending on the location being shipped to.
If the gift card has not arrived within this time-frame, please let us know. We can have the balance transferred and mailed out again or put on an eGift certificate.
If you or your recipient has not received an eGift certificate, we can have the balance transferred and sent again or put on a physical card to mail out.
