My coupon did not apply. What do I do?

If all your items qualify for coupons and your subtotal meets the requirements but the coupon did not apply, Customer Service can take care of that for you!

Once all items ship out, we can refund the coupon amount as long as the items qualify. 

*Coupons may not be used toward the purchase of gift cards, magazine subscriptions, specialty items, Rosetta Stone, The Elf on the Shelf, eBooks, Audio Downloads, LeapFrog products, LEGO products, Boxed sets, Pokemon or Sports cards, items from the New & Used Marketplace.

 

You can email support@booksamillion.com with your order number and coupon code to request the credit.

You are also welcome to call us at 1-800-201-3550 and we will be glad to assist you.
