My gift card or reward card did not apply to my order. What do I do?

If your gift card or reward card did not apply to your order, please email support@booksamillion.com with your order number and gift card or reward card number to request the credit once all items from your order have shipped out.

When you enter your gift card or reward card number and pin, be sure to click the checkmark beside the pin box to apply the value to your order total.

If your gift card or reward card is not validating or giving an error message, please contact Customer Service with the card number from the back of the card. 

*Please note, reward cards are only valid for 30 days from the issue date.
