My order does not show in my Order History

If your order is past 60 days old, you will need to change this to 90 days, 6 months or 12 months to see older orders.

To view your order history:  Sign in to My Account from the top of any page and view the Order History section. Here you can choose to view your order history up to the last 12 months. 

*If you are on a Mobile device, you would need to change your view to Desktop Site at the bottom of the screen. 



*We are currently experiencing an issue where some Backorder and Pre-order items are not showing in the history. Rest assured, this is being worked on by our IT department to resolve as quickly as possible.


Next, your most recently shipped order along with a shipping tracker is provided above your order history. This gives you a quick update on when to expect your package!
