I was signed up for a Millionaire's Club Card in my local store. How do I cancel it?

In order to receive a refund for your Millionaires Club membership that was issued at a store, we ask that you visit your local Books-a-Million store with your receipt and card number within 30 days of purchase.

Customer Service is not able to refund a store transaction.

 

If you just want to remove the Auto-renewal feature, you can do so on booksamillion.com by signing into your account and updating the Membership Settings. 

 

You can also contact Customer Service to remove the Auto-renewal feature for you.
