My Funko pop is damaged. Can I get a replacement?

We are sorry that your item arrived damaged! Upon returning the damaged item to our warehouse using a postage-paid return label we will provide you, a replacement will be issued when it is received, as long as the item is still available.

Funko items must be returned before a replacement can be issued, even for Millionaire's Club Card Members.

*If your item is no longer available to replace once received back, a refund will be issued.
