If your item arrives damaged, please email, chat, or call customer service to return or request a partial refund.* You can also return your item to a physical Books-A-Million retail location for a refund or exchange.
Funko items must be returned before a replacement can be issued, even for Millionaire's Club Card Members, no exceptions.
Upon returning the damaged item to our warehouse using a postage-paid return label we provide, a replacement can be issued when it is received, as long as the item is still available.**
*A partial refund may be issued if the item is no longer available to replace and you wish to keep the item that was received. Photos of the damage will be required before a refund can be issued.
**If your item is no longer available to replace once it is received back at the warehouse, a refund to your original payment method will be issued.
