What are BAM! Alerts?

BAM! Alerts are SMS messages that notify customers of special offers, sales, and events from Booksamillion.com. Messages are recurring. By subscribing, you agree to receive auto-dialed marketing messages to the telephone number used at the time of opt-in.

Consent is not required to purchase goods or services. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you must notify Booksamillion.com at 800-201-3550 to have it removed. Terms and conditions are subject to change.

How do I subscribe to BAM! Alerts?

Send short code 82609 via text.

By signing up via text, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders) from Books-A-Million at the cell number used when signing up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. View Terms & Privacy Policy.

What if I don’t want to receive any more promotional/alert messages?

You can text “STOP” to the shortcode 82609 anytime. This will prevent you from receiving any future text messages from BAM! Alerts.
