Using a Coupon Code

Have a discount coupon to use on an eligible online order? Enter the coupon code on the very last page of the checkout process, just before clicking the submit button. You'll see a text box labeled Coupon Code. Enter the code and click "Apply Coupon". 

*If your coupon has a barcode, that is for in-store use only and cannot be applied online.

Your order screen will refresh and you'll see the coupon discount reflected in your total.

If you are on the Review page and do not see a coupon box, one or more of your items may not be eligible for discount promotions and will state this beside the item:

If you forgot to enter your coupon code before submitting your order or were experiencing technical difficulties, please contact customer service at support@booksamillion.com once your order has fully shipped out. The coupon value can then be refunded to your original payment method. Please include your order number or email address linked to the order and the coupon code when submitting a request.

Please Note: Coupons may not be combined with any other offer or coupon. Coupons are not valid in Books-A-Million retail stores and may not be redeemed for cash. Coupons may not be used toward the purchase of gift cards, magazine subscriptions, specialty items, Rosetta Stone, The Elf on the Shelf, eBooks, Audio Downloads, LeapFrog products, LEGO products, Pokemon or Sports cards, Boxed sets, items from the New & Used Marketplace. Coupons are non-transferable, and coupon codes may be valid only for the email address associated with your account. If you choose to return a portion of your purchase or cancel an item from your order, the coupon discount will no longer be valid. New customer coupons are not valid for guest checkout. Coupons will not apply toward bulk orders.*
Coupons are one-time use. If you used a coupon on an order that was canceled, the same coupon cannot be reactivated to use again.
