Using a Coupon Code

Have a discount coupon to use on an eligible online order? Enter the coupon code on the very last page of the checkout process, just before clicking the submit button. You'll see a text box labeled Coupon Code. Enter the code and click "Apply Coupon". 

*If your coupon has a barcode, that is for in-store use only and cannot be applied online.

Your order screen will refresh and you'll see the coupon discount reflected in your total.

If you are on the Review page and do not see a coupon box, one or more of your items may not be eligible for discount promotions and will state this beside the item:

If you forgot to enter your coupon code before submitting your order or were experiencing technical difficulties, please contact customer service at support@booksamillion.com once your order has fully shipped out. The coupon value can then be refunded to your original payment method. Please include your order number or email address linked to the order and the coupon code when submitting a request.

Please Note: Items listed as "Item may not be eligible for special discounts or coupons" do not qualify. Limit one use of coupon code per account. Offer valid on online purchases only. Valid through dates specified on coupon or promotion. Not valid with other coupons or discounts. Coupons may not be used toward the purchase of Millionaire’s Club memberships, gift cards, eGift Certificates, magazine subscriptions, NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS, New & Used Marketplace items, or specialty items such as LEGO®, Rosetta Stone®, The Elf on The Shelf®, LeapFrog®, Cards Against Humanity games, Pokémon card sets, Panini card sets, Sports card sets, Boxed Sets, CB Box, eBooks, or Audio Downloads. New Club Member coupons are not valid for guest checkout. Coupon codes may be valid only for the email address associated with your account. If you return or cancel an item from your order, the coupon discount will no longer be valid. Coupons do not apply to bulk purchases of 25 units or more.
