Refund or replacement for a lost order

Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery*. 

Refunds or replacements are only available within 4 months from the order shipment.

Both USPS and UPS only hold tracking information for 120 days.

We are not able to conduct a proper investigation after that point to take further action. We apologize for any inconvenience.

*Items from the New & Used Marketplace can take up to 30 days to arrive and do not include tracking. These items are not available to replace.
