Currently, customers can return store-purchased merchandise with its original receipt up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Members of our Millionaire's Club card program have 30 days to return a purchase made in-store.
Customers who charge merchandise to a credit or debit card and return merchandise for refunds will be issued a refund to the same credit or debit card. Customers who pay for merchandise with a gift card will have refunds issued as a credit to their gift card.
In-store purchases cannot be returned to the online warehouse.
