Disable the pop-up blocker on my Apple or Android device

This document explains how to enable and disable the pop-up blocker on your iOS device.
 
  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Tap Safari.
  3. Under the General section, click the toggle next to Block Pop-ups to enable or disable the pop-up blocker. A green toggle indicates an enabled pop-up blocker.

 

  1. On your Android device, open the Samsung Internet app.
  2. Tap the Menu icon (three vertical lines).
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Navigate to “Sites and downloads.”
  5. Slide Block Pop-ups to off (white) to disable pop-up blocking.
