My coupon did not apply. What do I do?

If all your items qualify* for coupons and your subtotal meets the requirements but the coupon did not apply, please email support@booksamillion.com with your order number and the coupon code to request the credit once all items from your order have shipped out.

 

If your coupon has a barcode (Millionaire's Club member coupon), that is for in-store use only and cannot be used online.
