The Order I Received is Wrong. What do I do?

Please contact customer service by email, chat, or phone. We can email you a return label or print one to mail to you if you do not have access to print it yourself. Once returned, your original payment method will be refunded and you can place a new order for the intended item. 

Provide your order number, the intended item as well as the title and ISBN/product ID of the wrong item received so we can create your return label.

*Please note: If your received item ISBN or product ID matches your order information, a non-paid label will be sent for the return and you will be responsible for return shipping. A paid label will only be sent if the warehouse made an error with the item/order.

**Items from the New & Used Marketplace are non-returnable and are not able to be replaced. Customer service will reach out to the New & Used Marketplace vendor for a resolution on your behalf.
